Terms & Conditions for Bali Scooter Rental

Driver’s Responsibility

• Age and Experience: Drivers must be between 18 to 71 years old and possess experience in riding a scooter.
• Safety Gear: Helmets are mandatory for both drivers and passengers at all times.
• License Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required. Bookings may be canceled if the driver is deemed incapable of safe driving.

Scooter Policy

• Fuel Policy: Scooters are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
• Scooter Exchange: You may switch your scooter within three hours of receipt, subject to availability. Late returns may lead to extra charges.

Delivery and Collection

• Service Times: Delivery and pickup times are indicative and subject to change.
• Unattended Returns: If leaving the scooter at your accommodation for collection, photograph the scooter from various angles and leave the keys with hotel staff.

Payments and Security

• Payment Method: We accept credit card payments only. Full payment is required before the rental begins.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required, and an excess/own risk charge applies for damages or theft.

Damages and Liability

• Accident Reporting: Notify us immediately in case of accidents. The full damage deposit may be withheld pending repair estimates.
• Renter’s Liability: Renters are responsible for tire damages and any damages incurred while using the phone holder.

Specific Terms for Rentals in Bali

• Geographical Limit: Scooters must not be taken off the main island of Bali.
• Traffic Violations: Customers are responsible for any fines incurred during the rental period.
• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery and collection across Bali for rentals of at least three days. Loss of bike documents will incur a charge.
